Oracle Argus Safety Version 8.1.1
Non-Response for WebPage when viewing/editing Event Details in Split screen mode (Japanese/English)
This appears to match the issue mentioned in Bug 22810361
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Argus J
2. Create a new case and fill in details
3. Go to Case Form > Events > Events Details
4. Change the Layout to Japanese/English split screen side by side.
5. Attempting to change any data in this screen will result in ""oracle webpage is not responding - Recover webpage" error.
