Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8.2

Adding review comments to records without attachment, the error below occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Open an existing Project –> Navigate to the Business Process –> open a pending task record without an attachment
  3. Accept the task
  4. Click review
  5. Input comment then click post
  6. Close the review window
  7. Select workflow action
  8. Click Send
  9. The above Unifier Notification is returned
