PG&C showing missing information when part is compliant.
There are part numbers (subassemblies and components) that exhibit the following behavior:

1. Navigate to the subassembly part number, click calculate compliance, and the dot on the compliance tab is greyed out and the calculated compliance is exempt or compliant.

2. Navigate one level up from the where used tab. For this example click on QED000022.

3. Click calculate compliance button, and the part level has a red square Icon and says "? Missing Info".

4. Navigate back to the original subassembly part number and the grey dot is now a red square and says " ? Missing Info".

After one re-calculates the compliance the calculated compliance will change back to the original "Exempt" shown in this example.  This behavior should not be happening.  The re-calculated compliance should stay the true calculated compliance value.  Some Manufactures tabs are missing dots and causing the same behavior with the missing BOM tab dot Icons. Some items missing Manufacturers dot Icons are not causing a problem while others are.
