On : 12.2.8 version, Technical

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to use SSO functionality on Demantra local application when using both Demand Management and Sales and Operation Planning System Administrator responsibilities.

(1) SSO checkbox is unchecked when using SSO login.
(2) Component can't be selected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to choose from Demand Management and Sales and Operation Planning user when using Local Application and SSO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the Demantra Local Application
2. Click SSO
