Transactions Cosmetics Are Missing On Product Level Overrides (Doc ID 2509850.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
-------------------
When there is a product level override, the lightning bolt does not always appear in the activity screen for the transaction.
If the system is restarted it appears for some transactions but not others in a different branch of the hierarchy.

Expected Behavior
------------------------
The lightning bolt should be available for all activities that are configured correctly.


Steps to Reproduce
-------------------------
1. Place two transactions in copybooks at the product level - Transaction 1 and Transaction 2.
2. Override the copybooks associated with transaction 2 at the child product levels for two different products (whole life and term).
3. Set up plans and transaction for whole life product and term product.
4. For the individual plans (whole life and term),
  a. Add transaction 1 and process.
  b. Transaction 1 spawns transaction 2 in both instances.
  c. The plan that is processed 1st works fine ( whole life), transaction 2 has the lightning bolt.
  d. The plan that is processed 2nd ( term) , transaction 2 does not have the lightning bolt.


Business Impact
---------------------
The user would not be able to process the both plans successfully.
