The removed value of age unit and gender appears after the duplicate search (Doc ID 2509997.1)

Symptoms

In the duplicate search, the value of age unit and the gender in the duplicate search was removed by pressing the [Clear] button.

Then set the value in the "Institution ID" field and press the [Search] button.

The issue is that the removed value from the age unit and the gender appears again after pressing the [Search] button.

- This issue is seen in Argus-J initial case entry only.
- This does not occur in non Argus-J user account.

STEPS
---------------------------------------------
1. Log-in to Argus with Argus-J user account
2. Go to case action > new
3. Enter the value in age with the units and gender
4. Press the [Clear] button
5. Confirmed that the values of the age/units and gender get erased.
6. Enter the institute ID
7. Press the [Search] button

The value of age unit and the gender appears again.
