Incorrect WAC Calculation When Destination Location On Transfer Has Negative Stock (Doc ID 2510008.1)

Symptoms

In Brazil localized environment, WAC is incorrectly calculated when destination location on the transfer has negative stock on hand involved.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Transfer 1 unit to a location having negative stock on hand. (Example: SOH=-2). 
  2. Transfer 3 more units to this location similar to step 1. After the ASNOUT is processed the SOH is now 2 (positive) at this location.
  3. Transfer 1 more unit to this location.

Note that the transactions generated tran code 70 incorrectly and WAC is also not correct.
