Symptoms
When a LDAP user tries to login , the below errors can be seen

1. UI is prompted with the below message :
[20640] Error While Connecting To The LDAP Server. Please Contact Your System administrator
2. SMSService.log :
LDAP: error code 32 - NO_SUCH_OBJECT: failed for MessageType : SEARCH_REQUEST
