Symptoms

Double Parsing of Characters in the tag <errormessagecomment> of ACK file generated after importing an PMDA R2 file with SHIFT-JIS Encoding configured for the Reporting Destination-

In the Example below,

It looks like there is some glitch which is double-parsing the characters.

Incorrect :
&lt;G.k.2.2>
&lt;G.k.2.2&gt;
