Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changes made to the some contents are not getting picked up by the ContentRepositoryLoader and therefore do not get added to the database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Changes to contents should be picked up when ContentRepositoryLoader runs and changes should be written to database.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ContentRepositoryLoader
2. Change/add content in monitored files
3. Run ContentRepositoryLoader again. Any changes since last run started should be picked up and then written to database
