Billing Care: Country Is Showing Different Name If The Account Is Created In An External System (Doc ID 2511331.1)

On : version, Customer Care

If an account is created outside of Billing Care ( Example: Migrated Accounts) and if that account is viewed via Billing Care, the country field is getting defaulted incorrectly to some country listed first in the alphabetical order of the drop down menu ( Example:  Afghanistan), instead it should show the valid country associated with the profile ( e.g. : USA)

This issue persist only for accounts created outside of Billing Care.For account created via Billing Care , it is showing valid country as per the account profile ( i.e. it is not defaulting to Afghanistan)
