Symptoms

On : 7.2.0 version, WebRTC Session Controller (WSC) Core

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Randomly, the MSRP channel get ended/disconnected by itself. Same behavior happens with data channel; data channel opens and after few seconds it gets disconnected

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
no disconnection for MSRP

Changes

Media Engine (ME) 'inactivity-timeout' parameter was enabled.
