"Bill In Progress" Text Is Displayed Twice In "Events" Page For Bill In Progress (Doc ID 2511700.1)

Symptoms

For an account having usage on current cycle, when opening the "Events" page for "Bill in progress", the following information is displayed in header of the page:

The problem is that "Bill in Progress" text is displayed twice.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Bill in Progress" text should be displayed only once, as following: "Bill in progress 1/Feb/19"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to Billing Care
2. search for account which has usage rated on current cycle
3. click on "Bills" tab
4. click on service name in "Service Charges" section
5. in the "Charges by service" window which appears, click on amount link
  "Events" page is open
