Error In Impact Analysis Report (Doc ID 2511767.1)

Impact Analysis Reporting is not producing expected results. Please see the attachment(Oracle Insbridge SR Impact Analysis Report.doc) for the expected behavior.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the attached xmls through the DBRuntime to the Impact Analysis Database.
2. Rate each xml.
3. From the Impact Analysis Module, create a new scenario from the reporting tab.
4. Select each of the xmls, 1 for the Baseline & the other for the Comparison.
5. On the define report tab add a report & chart flag for “modified rate class” with a filter of where the diff is <> = 0
6. Save and run report to see if results come back.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Impact Analysis Report.
