With an existing taxpayer with asset based tax role. Navigate to main -> Billing -> Bill -> Add
When trying to create new bill the revenue period list is blank and not populating properly.
UI Map C1-TaxBillSelectTaxBillType calls the zone C1-TPTR-SRCH and provides SVC_TYPE_CD but doesnt provide required filter F1 which is FILING_CAL_CD.
