Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.9 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot view Policy Level Requirement Results Page. Once you add a Policy Level Requirement navigate to the Requirements page, click on the drop down for the requirement and click results and the application will crash. If you add a Policy Client Requirement the results page will work as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ability to view results page for any level of policy requirement

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an activity to add a Policy Level Requirement
2) Process this activity to add the Requirement
3) Navigate to the Requirements Page on this Policy
4) Click the drop down for it
5) Click the Results tab and page will crash

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Business users cannot review the results tab
