Incorrect Exchange Rate Applied in CONS_DTL for Currency Conversion (Doc ID 2512640.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.2 version

When running Asset Liability Management (ALM) process, the currency conversion result in Consolidated Detail (CONS_DTL) table is not as expected.


Expected Behavior:
Exchange Rate should match with the rate in Exchange Rate History table for the effective date.


Steps to Replicate:
1. Run ALM process.
2. Found issue related to currency conversion.
3. Cash flow engine processing is not picking the defined currency conversion EXCHANGE_RATE.FSI_EXCHANGE_RATE_HIST for the Effective_Date to populated result set into CONS_DTL table.
