Notifications And Custom Errors From Item Induction Process Not Showing Upon Validation Error (Doc ID 2512661.1)

Symptoms

Custom validation for item induction and PO induction.

Steps To Recreate:

1- Create a custom validation package as below:

 3- Submit and approve item through RMS UI.
--> Validation package works as expected and error is shown

4- Upload an item through Item induction in approved status

Actual result:
Item is uploaded in submitted state, and no notification is generated to let the user know of the error.
