Symptoms

On : 5.5.0.0.0 version, RateManager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

For String addition "then [DONE]" is not displayed in the debug report.
In the attached screen shot of the debug report, you will notice in Step 4 after the string addition we are missing then [DONE]

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
String addition would have 'then [DONE]" displayed in the debug report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run debug report

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot tell whether the String addition is complete on the debug report.
