Clearance Reset Does Not Show As ‘Executed’ When Created For Today's Date

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A Clearance Reset, created in the Create Clearance Resets screen, for today's date appears as 'Approved' and not as 'Executed' like any other price event created for today's date.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Create Clearance Resets screen.
2) Create Reset for today's date for a clearance that is already in executed state.
3) Approve the reset.
4) Conflict Checking processed without errors.
5) Reset is maintained in "Approved" state.
