Error Appears After Logging into the Application (Doc ID 2513376.1)

Symptoms

After login to Retail Price Management (RPM) , users tries to use the app and gets the below exception.

ERROR

com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: Error executing service call: No row with the given identifier exists: [com.retek.rpm.domain.core.bo.DiffTypeImpl#com.retek.platform.bo.StringObjectId@43] [method=com.retek.rpm.app.admin.service.SystemOptionsAppService.getSystemDefaultsVO, params=com.retek.platform.service.ClientContext]


Steps To Recreate:

1. Launch the application.
2. Try to navigate using the menu, it throws the above error.
