Batch Process F1-FCTRN Is Failing Due To Recursive Or Circular Audits Are Not Allowed (Doc ID 2513469.1)

On : Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 2.4.0.3.0 version, CM - Customer Modification


An error occurs when Sync Request was created and updated within a F1-FCTRN batch run:
"Record SyncRequest_Id(XXXXXXXX) already had an MO audit trigger executed, but is in audit list again. Recursive or circular audits are not allowed."

Based on investigation it seems that Sync Request is being added in audit list multiple times when Sync Request was created and updated at the same time in a single F1-FCTRN batch run and this causes error to be raised in the batch run tree.
