BO Version Mismatch Error When Transitioning Or Completing A Pickup Order (Doc ID 2513592.1)

Symptoms

When new pickup order is created and being worked on, there is a concurrency error issued upon transitioning or completing this pickup order.

ERROR
-----------------------
Concurrency Error. Please retry this transaction after pressing the home button.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Related Pickup order.
2. Check that Host External ID is created for the pickup order.
3. Pickup order is currently loaded without the Host External ID yet.
4. The Concurrency Error is encountered when transitioning the pickup order.
