Discrepancy History Updated for a Closed Discrepancy (Doc ID 2513622.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.1 version

A record is added to the Discrepancy History table DME_DISC_ACTION_HISTORY for a closed Discrepancy every time the underlying data has been updated.

The added record has action_id = 27 which is "New data available".

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create a discrepancy
2. Close the discrepancy created in Step 1
3. Reload the data with some changes in the data record the Discrepancy is based on
4. Query DME_DISC_ACTION_HISTORY

Changes

An update of the data record is triggering an update of a closed Discrepancy.
