Inconsistency In Invadj Creation When Moving Container From Stage To FPL (Doc ID 2513673.1)

Symptoms

Inconsistency in Inventory Adjustment creation when user does a replenishment putaway and the quantity found for the putaway is 0 (the item is completely missing) or short is done.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create multi-sku container with multiple container in a pallet which are available in staging location. These containers are to be moved to FPL location (transport container).
   a. Item#1, 2 container --> User scanned 2.
       i. This is working as expected.
   b. Item#2, 2 container --> User scanned only 1.
       i. System moved missing container to UNLOCATEDLOC.
       ii. For missing container, InvAdj (RIP to RIP) created without ADJUSTMENT_REASON_CODE.
   c. Item#3, 3 container --> User scanned 0.
       i. System moved missing container to UNLOCATEDLOC.
       ii. For missing container, InvAdj (RIP to RIP) created with ADJUSTMENT_REASON_CODE as 99.
