After Running configure_tools_and_frameworks_integration.sh script, CAS Console Is Not Showing Up In Workbench (Doc ID 2513700.1)

Symptoms

The CAS Install Guide generally notes that if you are installing CAS on a separate system then ToolsAndFrameworks, you will need to run the configure_tools_and_frameworks_integration.sh on your ToolsAndFameworks system. However, after

  1. Running the configure_tools_and_frameworks_integration.sh
  2. Restarting CAS and ToolsAndFrameworks
  3. Log into Workbench
  4. Clicking on Data Source
  5. The end user gets back a message saying

 

Changes

The 11.3 CAS install guide makes references to configure_tools_and_frameworks_integration.sh. However, neither the CAS nor ToolsAndFrameworks includes the script. That issue is tracked in the following bug, where you can open an SR to request the script

     BUG 29274431 - configure_tools_and_frameworks_integration.sh missing from bin directory since 11.2
