Endeca Information Discovery Not Working With New SSL Certificates

Symptoms
On : 7.6.0 version, Functionality
Endeca Information Discovery not working
After regenerating the Endeca SSL certificates, Information Discovery is not usable anymore.
The provisioning Service shows that the connection to Endeca Server is not functional
The domains and goes up correctly but the App Endeca Information Discovery fails when entering the application and its panels, also the data sources check fails.

Connection failed. Please contact system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Regenerate the SSL certificates according to the OEID 3.2 documentation
2. Execute . ./generate_ssl_keys.sh --url t3://HostName:7002 --username DOMAIN_USER --password PASSWORD --sslPassphrase PASSPHRASE
3. Observe in the Provisioning Service sonsole that the status showed failed for connection to Endeca Server
