Symptoms

- Field related activity is created in SOM/C2M and sent to MWM with Comments and Measuring Component Info
- Appointment request is made from C2M, and when booking an appointment slot, the update to MWM causes the Comments and Measuring Component Info to be removed (not all MC Info, just High Low), and the Appointment Flag stays = 'N'
