Symptoms

Not able to start one of the server nodes in a cluster environment

Server Log:  nohub.out

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Cluster environment servers:

Node -01 - Manage Server - Started
Node -02 - Server - Started
Node -03 - Server - Started
Node -04 - Not Started

Changes

Changed db name with new url:

New URL : jdbc:oracle:thin:@//agile01.xxxx.net:1521/agile
