Symptoms

After upgrading the Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), the user is unable to launch it and the following error is noticed;


Steps:

  1. Upgrade the SIM to a higher version.
  2. Notice that the SIM is not launching due to the above mentioned error.
