ECE Is Not Starting As Expected (Doc ID 2514316.1)

Purpose

1) What are the reasons for the below exception messages in ecs.log? (ecs=Elastic Charging Server)

DEBUG -  -  -  - Exception is:
java.beans.IntrospectionException: bad write method arg count: public final void org.apache.commons.configuration2.AbstractConfiguration.setProperty(java.lang.String,java.lang.Object)

5 08:18:16.809 IST DEBUG -  -  -  - Ignoring bean class loading failure for bean 'notificationJMSClient' org.springframework.beans.factory.CannotLoadBeanClassException: Error loading class
[oracle.communication.brm.charging.transports.jms.internal.JMSClientImpl] for bean with name 'notificationJMSClient' defined in class path resource [META-INF/spring/notification-client-context.xml]: problem with class file or dependent class; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/jms/ExceptionListener at org.springframework.beans.factory.support.AbstractBeanFactory.resolveBeanClass (AbstractBeanFactory.java:1388) ~

2) What could be the reason for the following error coming in query.log?

AppConfigurationMessageBundle-13100: Extensions Configuration Error, unable to instantiate extensions class: oracle.communication.brm.charging.sdk.extensions.CustomPostRatingExtension" The extensions class is not in the classpath. | Debug: The extensions class either does not exist; or is not in the classpath.

3) How to restart other ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) components similar to rollingupgrade?

4) How to load only selected customers in ECE cache?

5) What all files, when changed, need a ECE restart?
