Unable To Scan Item in "Advance Item Entry" Screen For GS1 Standards (Doc ID 2514367.1)

Symptoms

While trying to scan and item in "Advance Item entry" screen for GS1 standards the following error is seen.


Steps To Recreate:

  1. Login to Store Inventory Management (SIM) Hand held (HH) Device
  2. Open the Advance item entry screen in any of the screen like "Inventory adjustment" etc.
  3. Scan the 2D code of a particular item which is as per Global Standard 1 (GS1) standards (including Global Trade Item Number GTIN).
