Unable to Fill the "Exchange Rate" Field on the Letter of Credit Task

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to fill the field "Exchange Rate" at the desired rate, the information is replaced by zero.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create a Letter of Credit, Primary type.
2. Change currency to USD.
3. Try to fill Exchange Rate field.
4. Notice that information is replaced by zero.
