Sync of Managed Nodes in the Clustered Setup Are Not Happening in Real Time (Doc ID 2514857.1)

Actual Behavior

Sync of Managed Nodes are not happening in real time, there is delay for more than 5 - 10 minutes

Expected Behavior

Sync of Managed Nodes to happen in real time


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup clustered environment where two managed server nodes are running
2. Log into Web Client from one of the managed server URL. Goto My User Profile, and update User's address
3. Access to Web Client from another managed server URL. Open My User Profile. See the address is not updated
