SP Information String Does Not Display Few Characters Like <,> (Doc ID 2514894.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SP Information string displays '<' as &lt;

The display of less than symbol ('<') on the UI is different on Search results and on the Service Point Page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The '<' should be displayed correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In SP query page, load a SP which information contains "<" and ">" symbol.
Such as - search SP and show information like "Electric/3 Phase 4 Wire 120-240 Volts <=200 Amps/Active"
Then see in UI of SP query page, the information changed to "Electric/3 Phase 4 Wire 120-240 Volts <=200 Amps/Active"
See that the Less than Symbol is not displayed properly.
