Attachments for an Business Process Record Created via .CSV File Are Not Found in the Document Manager > Unpublished Documents Node After Import (Doc ID 2515098.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating Records via CSV file import and including attachments without the 'Publish Path' <uuu_dm_publish_path> defined, after the file is imported none or only some of the attachments are available in the Document Manager > Unpublished Documents node.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After the file is imported and the record is created the file attachments should be found in the Unpublished Documents node.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the applicable Business Process node.
  2. Click Actions > Import.
  3. Upload a .CSV file including attachments.
  4. Observe reported behavior.
