ILearning 6.2 Login Failed (Doc ID 2515255.1)

Symptoms

iLearning 6.2 log in Failed on new installation.

After iLearning installation and deployment, not able to access iLearning log in page.

iLearning log in failed with given below error.

The request was not submitted. An unknown error occurred. Please try again later.

 

After placing jsp debug file provided by Development , Oracle Support was able to determine the cause of the log in issue tin the debug log output:

weblogic.work.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:254) Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; log on denied at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:445) at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:389)
