Symptoms

On : 3.18.3.0.0 version, Integration Points

When sending the following http post request to URI 'http://<hostname>:<port>/api/claims/reprocesscriteria' generated activity id - '2102004690'

Then HTTP GET request to URI 'http://<hostname>:<port>/api/activities/2102004690/messages' gave below response:

{
"resultMessages" : [ {
"result" : "F",
"resultMessage" : [ {
"code" : "GEN-PROC-ERR",
"value" : "An error occurred in processing the request; for more information about the error search the logging for occurrences of CLA-P-#123396-20190211_041522"
} ]
} ]
}

However, 'application/JSON' request works fine:
{ "processType":"C",
 "reprocess": true,
  "claimUnfinalizeReasonList": [
  { "sourceReference": "TEST",
  "code": "CLP_TECHNICAL" }
 ],
 "claimTagActionList": [
  {
  "action": "R",
  "tag": "CALLOUT_ICES"
  },
  {
  "action": "R",
  "tag": "CALLOUT_ICES_FAC"
  },
  {
  "action": "R",
  "tag": "CALLOUT_DRG_PRICE"
  },
  {
  "action": "R",
  "tag": "CALLOUT_DRG_GROUP"
  },
  {
  "action": "R",
  "tag": "REPL_RULE" }
 ],
 "setToHighPriority": true,
 "preprocessingDone": true,
 "servicedEntity": {
  "code": "XXXXXX",
  "typeCode": "PERSON"
 },
 "pricingDone": true
}

ERROR
-----------------------
 "GEN-PROC-ERR",
"value" : "An error occurred in processing the request; for more information about the error search the logging for occurrences of CLA-P-#123396-20190211_041522"

The expected result is Claims Reprocess Criteria Request works fine for Media Type 'application/XML'.
