Cassandra Message Store, and Communications Messaging Configuration Issues

Oracle Communications Messaging Server 184.108.40.206.20180531 64bit (built May 31 2018)
Completed a new installation of Cassandra-based Mail store / MTA / Webmail Convergence. When accessing the webmail interface, an error message appears - "System error. Administrator, check server log for details."
The same message appears in the Inbox pane where mail would otherwise be listed. Calendar and Instant Messaging components are working fine.
The following error appear in the imap log:
Due to this issue, users cannot access mail.
