Details

Oracle Primavera P6 Professional leverages open source software technologies in the product implementation, and redistributes open source software technologies in Primavera P6 Professional distributions.

Unless otherwise specified in this note or in product documentation, these open source software technologies are considered part of the Primavera P6 Professional product implementation, and Oracle supports these technologies, as used by Primavera P6 Professional, similar to the way the rest of Primavera P6 Professional software is supported. If customers experience problems using Primavera P6 Professional that may be caused by defects in Primavera P6 Professional product functionality, Oracle will assist customers with valid support contracts with problem resolution, including, if appropriate and consistent with Oracle support policies, delivery of fixes to resolve product defects, including product defects that may be caused by defects in embedded open source software technologies, as used by Primavera P6 Professional.

Unless otherwise specified in this note or in product documentation, we generally do not provide support for these technologies as used by customer application code running on Primavera P6 Professional, or as used by other applications or processes that are interoperating with Primavera P6 Professional, or as used in some other context which is independent of the usage by Primavera P6 Professional.
