Symptoms
On E-Business 12.2.6, after applying patches 24690680,26924701,26787667,27270096 and 28986718, when attempting to see or change a ledger using Profile options for any responsibility the following error occurs:
ERROR
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 942 in fdlget
Cause : fdlget failed due to ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT LEDGER_NAME "Ledger", LEDGER_ID FROM FEM_LEDGERS_VL ORDER BY LEDGER_NAME and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change ledger using Profile options
