Unable To Start NoSQL on HA Environment (Doc ID 2516497.1)

Goal

On a ECE high availability(HA) cluster environment, NoSQL component is failing to start which is consequently affecting ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) and REF (Rated Event Formatter).

Scenario:

HA server 1:
• Stated that ECE was down with error messages showing that it was not able to connect to NoSQL;
• Stated that NoSQL Node 2 has insufficient heap memory.

HA server 2:
• Stated that NoSQL Node 1 has insufficient heap memory.

HA server 3:
• Stated that NoSQL Node 2 has insufficient heap memory.
