When Creating Contract Order RMS Is Not Allowing To Add Simple Pack (Doc ID 2516836.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Contract Type A (Plan/Availability) for a Simple Pack, after the contract is approved, next step is to create an order based on previous contract and at step where Contract item (Simple Pack) is added, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a Contract Type A (Plan/Availability) for a Simple Pack. (Say Contract#100011).
  2. Approve the Contract.
  3. Now create an Order using the above contract with link - Create Contract Order.
  4. During Order creation, once we are going to add Contract item (Simple Pack), system is not allowing to add this Simple pack in this Order and displaying an error "This item is not valid for the Contract".
