Resource Assignments Page Does Not Load Data (Doc ID 2516856.1)

After logging into P6 web and going to Resource Assignments, the dots appear and the page does not load.

If the P6 user account is deleted and re-created, the page will load (it may take awhile).  However, this will not last and eventually, the original symptom of not loading will return.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into P6 Web
  2. Resource tab
  3. Assignments
    Page will not load.
