Dynamic Hierarchy Changes Are Not Reflected - The Merchandise Hierarchy Level Name Does Not Change

Symptoms
Unable to Change the Merchandise Hierarchy Level name.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the Client_name from Division to Brand in DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP and DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP_TL tables.
2. Login to RMS application.
3. Go to Merchandise Hierarchy Window.
4. Verify the change. Merchandise Hierarchy Level name did not change from Division to Brand.
