Component List Window Is Not Displaying the Names of Business Processes And/or Custom Template Object Names (Doc ID 2517555.1)

After upgrading to Unifier, when creating a new Component List or viewing an existing Component List, the user sees blank objects when trying to view the Configuration > Designs Node. The log displays a # of objects in the list, but the Name, ID and Level fields are all blank.

This issue also impact the Component List window when viewing Custom Templates.

The Configuration > Designs node should list all the available objects to be selected and the Name/ ID / Level fields should be populated with expected values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment as an admin user.
  2. Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration Package Management > Component List > Click Create or open an existing package.
  3. Scroll to "Configuration" > Designs > Note that there is an objects total on the page, but the Name/ID/Level fields in the list are all blank.
