Symptoms
When interval reads are not consistently uploaded, the interval measurement curve continuity check does not always return expected validation result
Test steps -
1. Create device set up.
2. Install device at a service point.
3. Subscribe service point to a usage subscription.
4. Create usage transaction for usage subscription.
Actual Result - Usage transaction is created successfully with calculating the usage for given period.
Expected Result - Usage transaction should be moved to 'Issue Detected' state with error.
