Object Migration Definition - Creation Failed (Doc ID 2517839.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a export definition, it says that “Export definition is saved successfully. Please trigger export process.”.  It does not save or close the window also.

If click on cancel button  getting below message, 
“[310765] Unsaved changes will be lost”



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Object Migration->Export objects

2.create export definition

3.click on save,
