Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Appointment Booking
The list of appointments received from Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) is off by one hour whenever daylight savings time
(DST) is observed.
The appointment time slots shown in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) is 1 hour off and this will be confusing that it will booked at a certain hour (e.g. 9am), but the configuration in MWM shows 10am is allowed for appointments.
