Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to do an advanced search using double quotes as a short form for inches, the search function does not find any results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When doing an advanced search using double quotes as a short form for inches, the advanced search should bring back results that contain the inches short form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item where the name contains a double quote character.
2. In the Forms module, select Advanced Search.
3. Search for items where item name contains ".
4. Click on any resulting item displayed.
5. Nothing happens.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search results that contain double quotes for inches.
